Abstract:

The purpose of writing this article - highlight the model of regional policy of modern France. Objectives of the work - to reveal the content model of regionalism in France, its features, the legal framework and political technologies of power political communities subnational France. Methodology: A comprehensive study of the administrative-territorial division of France to determine the main characteristics of the constituent units of the French model of regionalism. System-structural method in which social relations are seen as an integral system of relationships, establishes the interdependence of phenomena and events of the political process on the level of "center - regions". Conclusions: Analysis of Russian and foreign sources leads to the conclusion that the major issues raised in the article is particularly relevant at the present stage of development. Study possible based on the study model of regionalism in France within a unitary state and territorial unit. Practical: It seems possible to the theoretical understanding of a number of issues related to the practice of political and legal regulation of the regional policy of modern France, the political scenario of the transformation of the French model in terms of Russian federalism. Social consequences: The ratio of the experience of the French model of regional development with the Russian version of relations "center-regions". Valuable experience in solving problems, legal, institutional, financial organization of political power. Originality, value: The novelty of the research is to separate the model of regional policy in France. The work is intended for anyone interested in comparative politics, political regionalism , international and Russian political process
