Abstract:
The article is provided with analysis of causes of financial disbalance of the Pension system in the Russian Federation. It includes evaluation of financial losses as a result of decision on preferential procedure for calculation of insurance payments. For the first time in the national practices, the analysis was made on relationship between parameters of the Russian labor market (unreported employment, unemployment, employment structure, terms of employment and wage differentiation) and opportunities to obtain financial stability of the Pension system. It makes forecast on economic results in a case of increase of retirement age. The article also includes the actual ways to improve national policy on pension sector.
