In connection with the crisis phenomena in the global problem of formation of the equity acquired lately even greater urgency. In this paper discusses the problematic aspects of management of the own capital of the company, determine the most effective system of management of own capital. It is concluded that in the current economic conditions it is necessary to create a system of control of its own capital, which allows companies to operate more efficiently and to make a profit.
