Abstract:

In this paper the author examines security activities as entrepreneurial, identifies signs and features considering the subject of exercising. The analysis of concepts of «activity that serves the purposes for which the non-profit organization created» and «conformity with the objectives of creating a non-profit organization» allowed to set limits on the participation of state institutions in entrepreneurship.
