Abstract:
The analysis and comparison of legal regulation of safety of the anonymous witness and other participants of criminal legal proceedings according to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation is submitted. The conclusion that in pre-judicial production of the Criminal Procedure Code the ARE regulates safety process to a lesser extent, than in judicial stages of production on criminal case is drawn.
