Abstract:
The article is devoted to the determination of whether the purpose of forensic examination and the possibility of its implementation. The author proves the inaccuracy of the statement of the purpose of forensic examination and the imperfection of the rules governing the actions of the court at the stage of considering the appointment of judicial expertise. The article describes the theoretical conclusions about the ways of overcoming the current situation and suggestions for improvement of the current procedural legislation. The content of the article can reveal the significance of the actions of the court prior to the appointment of judicial review in civil proceedings. The article can be useful for students and graduates of law schools, lawyers, judges, experts, scientists and teachers
