About some aspects of public administration in the sphere of intellectual property

Task - the analysis of separate aspects of development of a state policy in the sphere of the intellectual property promoting expansion of powers of Rospatent. The methodological basis of research is made by a sociological method, in particular supervision and the analysis, the dialectic method which has allowed comprehensively to consider public administration in the sphere of intellectual property. Conclusions - further consolidation by Rospatent of powers on legal protection of interests of the state in the field of intellectual property, functions of control and supervision of performance of existing regulations in the considered sphere; duties on providing the state services in the sphere of copyright and selection achievements will allow this large-scale department to take a leading place in development of the state innovative strategy. The value of article is that it is intended for graduate students, doctoral candidates and all who is interested in questions of public administration and intellectual property.
