MIGRATION POLICY OF MODERN RUSSIA IN RESPECT OF FOREIGN WORKERS

In article comprehensively investigated conditions and factors, affecting migration policy of modern Russia with respect to foreign workers. Author noted, first of all, its weaknesses: weak control over flow of foreign workers − migrants, leading to their inappropriate concentrations in individual cities and regions; inefficiency of fight against illegal labour migration; absence of appropriate barriers, cutting off foreign workers, who have no vocational training at all, don't know Russian language, etc. In improving of Russia's migration policy, in particular, suggested pay special attention to: improvement of institute of quoting; creation of differentiated programs short and long labour migration; attract of foreign workers to work into subjects of Russian Federation only in cases of lacking of own regions workforce.
