Abstract:

The article researches the problem aspects of procedural activity of the investigator at a stage of preliminary investigation of the criminal case and proves the conclusion about need of a standard regulation of the terms of presentation of the charge that will serve in its turn as a guarantee of ensuring not only the accused but also the victim’s rights.
