Abstract:
Current questions of typical investigatory situations classification on crimes committed with the use of bank payment cards depending on the theft and fraud place are viewed in the article. General and additional actions stated in the article will assist the investigators to assess the investigative situation of the mentioned crimes and to plan the necessary inspection activities in the right way
