Abstract:
This research is aimed at revealing the peculiarities and advantages of public-private partnership forms found in world practice. The public-private partnership economical development and regulatory are estimated in the article. Special attention is given to the theoretical and practical definition of institutional relationship of the firm and the state. The estimation of the developed countries economical policies and the priorities of domestic policy under the post-crisis conditions cause the necessity of institutional public-private partnership establishing, the latter being of the utmost importance at the regional level. The authors analyze the risks, restricting the entrepreneur in the infrastructure investing
